My wife and I have gone here for years. They are always timely, courteous, and do solid work. I’ve had genetic dental challenges all of my life and I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken care of at another dental practice. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Dr. Punn DDS I have had the pleasure of having him work on my teeth multiple times the last few months. I haven’t been to any sort dental appointment in quite some time and needed periodontal cleaning and multiple cavities filled. Eseinse was his assistant today and she was fantastic with a great sense of humor. The way they communicated not only amongst themselves but to myself as well while working was calm and professional. I felt my needs were met and they went above and beyond them. As previously stated, I said I’ve gone multiple times the other assistants whose names I don’t remember need recognition for as well. I felt like I was understood and they listened to everything I said. Compassionate and caring. Even the office staff are nice :) 10/10 would recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental care.

I had such a positive experience at this dental office. I came in feeling very anxious due to fear of passing out and dealing with a nervous system condition, and they took every concern seriously from the start. The team listened attentively, never dismissed my fears, and consistently checked in with me throughout the entire visit to make sure I was okay. That level of care made a huge difference in helping me stay calm. The dentist and his assistant worked incredibly well together and created a really comfortable environment. They even made me laugh a few times, which helped ease my nerves more than I expected. What could have been a very overwhelming experience for me was instead handled with patience, humor, and genuine care. They truly turned something that felt scary in my head into a very manageable, comfortable reality. I’m very grateful for how I was treated today.

At 29 years old, I can honestly say this is the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had. Everyone is very welcoming, open to explaining everything because I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist. On top of all of that, they are super quick! And I appreciate Essence because she made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety throughout the process! Thank yall!

This is the dental clinic to be at! I have had major dental phobia for my whole life causing me to avoid the dentist. When I first came to Midwest Family, I knew right away I was in good hands. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and clear spoken. Amber and Dr. O are so kind and patient with me. They explained everything clearly and administered PAINLESS dentistry. If you are looking for the optimal experience I recommend Midwest Family Dental Care. I am beyond happy with my experience; I'm not scared to go to the dentist now and it feels good to say! Technology has come a long way since 90s/00s. I am thankful I found this practice.
